Orders & Shipping

How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. It's already built into the price of the shirt, so what you see is what you pay.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are produced within 2–5 business days, then shipped in 3–7 business days — for an estimated total delivery time of 5–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes! We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. Shipping times may vary slightly by location.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Custom Orders

Can you make a design that isn't in the shop?
Yes. Tell us what you want — your town, your family name, your own artwork — along with the garment colour and ink colours you'd like, and we'll send a free mockup within 48 hours. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

Can I get an existing design in a different colour?
Yes. Any design in the shop can be printed on another garment colour or in different ink. Ask us.

What's the minimum for a custom order?
One. A single custom shirt is a real order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

How do I start a return or replacement request?
Contact us at our contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Products

What material are your shirts made of?
Our drop-shoulder tees are 100% cotton, 190 gsm (5.6 oz) — midweight and breathable, cut oversized with a deep drop shoulder. Check individual product pages for details.

How do I find my size?
Visit our Size Guide for full measurements and fit tips. Our tees run relaxed — size down for a standard fit.
