Shipping Policy

All Boricua Legacy products are printed and fulfilled on demand through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is made specifically for you, please allow time for production before shipment.

Production Time

  • Orders are produced within 3–7 business days after purchase
  • Production times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays

Shipping Times (after fulfillment)

  • Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days depending on destination

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was lost in transit

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Email us at support@boricua-legacy.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  3. We'll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Lost or Stolen Packages

Boricua Legacy is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider.
