At Boricua Legacy, all products are made to order through Printify, our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@boricua-legacy.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

Wrong Address We are not responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
